Guild Charter

Membership Guidelines and Bylaws:


The Elite Hooligans are a group of like-minded players coming together for the purpose of having a good time. For some, that good time is only achieved by mastery of the game and the domination of other players as well as the environment. Others are just looking for the modern equivalent of the corner bar. But the point is ultimately to enjoy yourself, and help the other members have as much fun as possible.

As a member of Elite Hooligans, we ask that you do the following. If you do not think you can hold to these guidelines, please do not accept the terms and go your way in peace. If, after joining you feel that other members are not following these guidelines, please contact the Guild Managment Team.

· Treat every member with Dignity and Respect.

· Group with the guild as often as possible and HAVE FUN.

· Encourage PLAYED toons in groups instead of BOTS(in Hooligan  groups/raids) 

· Encourage Need(for mains present) before Greed(Alts)

· Resolve disputes in a respectful manner.

· If issues occur with outside players, the guildy will work to correct or make right ALL situations to show Hooligans in a good and positive light.

· Respond to all guildies grats and questions.

· Refers outside issues or disputes to officers or guildleaders.

· Kill Stealing/Training: Just Don't.

· Never speak for an Officer or Guildleader of the Hooligans.

· Use the website and forums to stay informed of current guild information.

· Never use /anon ...use /roleplay instead

· Represent Hooligans according to its charter and vision in the best possible way.

· Adhere to decisions and requests of officers. Insubordination will not be tolerated and could result in immediate termination of membership. If you disagree with an officer, respect their decision and then send us an email.


· Adhere to SOE EULA.

· Trade with the guild first if possible.

· Follow the charter, rules and policies of Elite Hooligans.

· Allow Officers to fix/resolve issues BEFORE disbanding from the guild · Should you feel the need to leave for any reason, please inform an Officer/GuildLeader before disbanding through tells, in-game mail. Failure to do so will result in an Officer Vote to be reinstated as a Hooligan.

· Know that ALL matters/concerns regarding other guildies will remain confidential with officers unless specified otherwise .

· Power-leveling is never to be expected or requested.

· All guildies are encouraged to attend as many guild events as possible.

· All events needing more than 1 group are to be scheduled through the guild website and posted in the forums.

· When asking the guild for help in quest items, epics, etc. please do all the necessary research ahead of time for the quest. I.E. maps, spawn time, precautions, etc.

· We may use mature language in guild chat (unless a minor is on). If this is an issue please utilize the filter option.

· Check our website regularly to keep informed of current news and events.

Remember, a Guild is only as good as its members. Help us make this the best guild around! Stick together, we are a team! Make other people drool about getting into this guild. Try your best to help your fellow guildie. Your efforts WILL get noticed. And communicate a lot in guild chat. We love to hear from ya! Dont be shy.
